MARRIED? Here Are Some Habits That Can CRASH Your Union

Do you stay on Facebook or use your smartphones more than giving time to your husband? And have you been avoiding sex? Do you keep away your day to day activities from your husband?
These simple habits can hurt your marriage as a lady and even vice versa for the men. Here are 5 worst relationship mistakes you may be making and ways of resolving them.

1. Addiction
Are you addicted to anything like social media, food, alcohol, drugs, gambling or even shopping? These things have a way of ending a promising marriage. To recover from any form of bad habits takes pretty much time and conscious efforts.

So stop, and review how your behaviour is affecting that relationship because addiction is powerful. Make your bedroom a free-zone from any form of addiction. Don't let your phone seduce you into separating you from your partner.

2. Avoiding sex
Your marriage may be heading for trouble if staying intimate is missing. In fact, intimacy is the glue that holds a union together. Tessina, a love doctor in her quote says ''you need to feel good about each other to be intimate.''
Couples who constantly fight, or criticize one another and find faults in each other cannot be close or even bond well.

Healthy communication boils down to knowing what your partner really wants. No one is a mind reader! Sometimes it is true that workloads, business pursuit can be overwhelming and this can restrict certain closure with your husband but conscious efforts have to be made to communicate adequately.

4. Letting a third party come between you and your spouse
Your spouse comes first even when you have parents or you have siblings. Your own personal family comes first and should take priority in all things. Draw a line when it comes to these things. No one is saying you should not take care of your parents or siblings however, your spouse comes first if you want a happier home.
Many families fail to blossom because they relay private information about their personal lives to outsiders.
